CARNIVAL OF GRAPHICS WORLD CALL 2024.OPEN CONVOCATORY.THE SAMUEL BUELVAS ENGRAVING HOUSE MUSEUM FOUNDATION.Calls on all engraving and graphic artists in general to participate with their works on the theme of carnival.
HOW TO TAKE PART.
1. Works dedicated to the carnival will be received in traditional engraving techniques
Woodcut. Linoleum, drypoint, etching, lithography, silkscreens, experimental and digital techniques. Up to two works can be sent unframed.
2. Support dimensions not exceeding 25 X 30. Preferably.
3. All works will be donated to the museum for its academic activities, and for their shipment it must be specified that they are non-commercial. H/C OR F/C...and WITHOUT COMMERCIAL VALUE.
4. Send the work to 25 C Street #37-92 Barrio Salamanca Soledad Atlántico. Colombia. ZIP CODE 083002.
5. Deadline: January 29, 2024.
6. The works will be exhibited at the Fundación Casa Museo del Engraving and during the carnival there will be a traveling exhibition in different places in the department of Atlántico.
The Barranquilla Carnival 2024 is in the month of February, starts on Saturday the 10th until Tuesday the 13th
February 2024.
